Like Karen. I called the office at 12:00 PM and got sexy Simone who has nice tits and a nice big fat ass on the phone and told her that I had to talk to the doctor or nurse to get a new prescription for my medicine. I called Karen at 12:00 PM. She said she couldn't hear me and would call me "right" back. I didn't hear from her. It turned to 4:00 PM so I called her and she didn't answer the phone. I called the pharmacy myself and they said they would call the nurse at Universal.

Since I don't trust the pharmacy because they made mistakes before, I called Bridget. She must of called the pharmacy and they told her the medicine was coming. Either way, Karen sucks. She's one of the most incompetent workers I've ever come across at Universal. I can make a list of her incompetence but I'm not going to waste my time.
